Senior operator for the messy middle of scaling

I work with founders and leadership teams through the hardest stretch of building a space company — putting clear ownership and structures in place, driving critical programs to delivery, and advancing the path toward customers, partners, and capital.

Frontier space companies move fast through technical uncertainty, market ambiguity, regulatory complexity, and constant prioritization tradeoffs. The challenge is rarely vision — it's holding focus and execution as complexity grows.

That complexity is what draws me in, especially first-of-a-kind systems, and the capabilities edging out of sci-fi toward operational scale. Orbital infrastructure is the next stage of exploration, and helping the teams get there faster is why I founded Orbital Roots. My focus has been in-orbit servicing, in-space manufacturing, and space-for-Earth. This is the future I want to help build.

I've spent 15+ years in strategy and operations at global organizations including BlackRock and Wells Fargo, alongside a Master's in Space Studies from the International Space University. My work has been hands-on with space agencies and startups across space and climate tech building technically demanding systems.

I welcome conversations with founders and leadership teams navigating critical stages of growth, and the investors backing them.
